Simbu’s much expected osthi movie is expected to be released on November 11 or November 18 of 2011. Osthi Audio Release is on October 19 2011.
Osthi is remake of the Hindi Blockbuster movie Dabangg. Simbu pairs up with Richa Gangopadhyay and it is being directed by Dharani. Mallika Sherawat is making a special appearance for an item song Kalasala Kalasala which is being sung by L. R. Eswari, T Rajendar.
Simbu has started his next movie titled as Osthi with a muhurat pojja which was held on AVM Studios in Chennai. Osthi is the remake of the super hit Hindi movie Dabangg which starred Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha.
Osthi stars Simbu and and Richa Gangopadhyay in lead roles while Jithan Ramesh, Revathy, Nizhalgal Ravi plays supporting roles.
Osthi will be directed by Dharani while Thaman scores music for the film, Gopinath handles camera, Art direction is done by Mani Raj. Simbu plays Cop for the first time in his carrier in Osthi.
Simbu’s Vaanam has collected Box Office collections of Rs 2.25 Crores in Chennai alone. Vaanam has got good reviews both from critics as well as audiences. Vaanam starts Simbu, Anushka, Bharath, Vega, Prakash Raj in lead roles.
Vaanam directed by Krish is the remake of super hit telugu movie Vedam. Vaanam was produced by Ganesh Janardhanan and R. Ganesh and distributed by Dayanidhi Azhagiri’s Cloud Nine Movies.
Simbu‘s much eagerly awaited Vaanam written and directed by Krish and produced by VTV Productions and Magic Box is all set to release on April 19th world wide. Vaanam is being marketed by Cloud Nine Movies Dhayanidhi Alagiri.
Vaanam songs tuned by Yuvan Shankar Raja are already a hit, which will help the film to get a new reach.A remake of Krish’s own Telugu Vedam, the film will feature an ensemble cast, including Silambarasan, Bharath, Anushka Shetty, Prakash Raj, Soniya and Saranya.
Simbu has started shooting today for his much expected movie Vettai Mannan. Simbu was so eager to start Vettai Manna soon but he was not able to do so because of his commitments with Vaanam.
Vettai Mannan will hav Jai playing an important role and the film is to be directed by debutant Nelson. SS Chakravarthy is producing this film under his banner Nic Arts.
The producers of the movie are planning to to release the movie in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi as well. Further, As per sources Simbu and his Vettai Mannan team looking for a Bollywood heroine to do the lead role in the movie.
